Stargazy is in the very heart of Padstow just 200 yards from the harbour.

Padstow is associated with great food and so many excellent restaurants as well as old style pubs are literally on your doorstep.

You can walk to the quiet unspoilt beaches along the Camel Estuary river mouth, or take a ferry over to Rock.

You can hire bikes and cycle along the Camel Trail to Wadebridge and beyond. The Camel Trail is a popular place for bird-watching.

Amazing location right in the middle of Padstow. Small cottage but perfect for two people. Very clean. Host was very responsive and helpful.
If you go on a hot week I suggest bringing a fan. As if you leave the windows open, the local seagulls will have you up at 4am 😂

I booked this cottage for a friend walking the south west coast path for charity.
When I told Melanie his story, she was incredibly supportive.
I was amazed .. she was so enthusiastic and jumped to his support.
Melanie went out of her way to offer her local knowledge and generously donated to his cause.
Luke loved his stay here. Not only because he had walked nearly 500 miles and was desperate for a bed and a bath!! .. but because he couldn’t have had a warmer welcome from Melanie and the folks he met around the village.
Luke and I were overwhelmed by Melanie’s generosity, good spirit and kindness. And it was that kind of encouragement Luke really needed to get him on his way.
Thank you so much Melanie.
I hope to come and visit with the kids again soon!!
